The Bitzenburger fletching jig is a quality arrow fletching jig made of durable zinc alloy.
The Bitzenburger™ jig is a favourite of expert archers due to its simple 'clamp and magnet' design. This is the jig you own for life.
Possible three fletch or four fletch vane/feather spacings within the one jig are:
- 3 fletch 120 degrees
- 4 fletch 75 degrees x 105 degrees
- 4 fletch 90 degrees
Features:
- Easy to adjust the angle of your fletching within seconds using the large dials at the top and bottom of the magnet holder.
- Super-strong horseshoe magnet provides plenty of downforce when gluing the vane or feather. Excellent adhesion is assured if a quality adhesive is used.
- Option of a straight, offset or true right or left helical - all achievable with optional clamps.
Each jig sells with ONE clamp. Additional clamps can be purchased separately, when in stock.
The clamp is held at a 45 degrees angle so you will have a clear view of the fletching at all times - this makes clamp placement very easy.
