What information do we collect?

When we talk about “Personal Information” in this Privacy Policy, we are talking both about Device information and Order information.

Your contact details and order history are stored by our Point of Sale provider, securely hosted within Australia by the Amazon Web Services Data Centre.


Registering a customer account is not compulsory but useful in order to fully access the services provided on our Site. If you use guest checkout, you need to re-enter your details every time you make an order. As part of registering with us, we collect personal information about you in order for you to take full advantage of our services. To do this it may be necessary for you to provide additional information to us.

Registration includes submitting personal information as described above, and choosing an option on receiving updates and promotional material and other information. You may access and edit your personal information at any time by logging in and going to your account.

How do we use the information we collect?

We use the order information that we collect generally to fulfil any orders placed through our Site (including processing your payment information, arranging for shipping, and providing you with invoices and/or order confirmations).
