Fair prices, reasonable delivery costs, excellent customer service.

We aim to pack and post your order within two business days. However, once payment is received, we usually only take one business day to get your order packed and on its way to you.

The delivery options we offer are:
  • Australia Post Standard parcel - calculated at Checkout
  • Australia Post Express parcel - calculated at Checkout
  • New Zealand, USA, South Africa via Australia Post International Express.

      All the above methods provide tracking information. All services include signature on delivery.

      Please note the shipping cost to International destinations does not include GST. 

      All international orders will require a signature upon delivery.

      With some services you may be able to give ‘Authority To Leave’, which authorises the carrier to leave your parcel in a safe location. An 'Authority To Leave' check box is available for you to select in your shopping cart.

      Our delivery charges
      • are independent of our product pricing
      • are transparent, fair and reasonable
      • include careful packaging and handling
      • include signature on delivery
      • are automatically calculated with current standard or express rates provided by Australia Post.

      From time to time we may revise our delivery charges as our carrier charges vary. Any cost savings we are able to achieve on delivery charges are passed on to our customers.

      Handling charge

      Our delivery charges include the cost of the box, envelope or satchel, packing material such as protective fill, bubble wrap, craft paper, cardboard and sticky tape, and the time it takes to pack and prepare your parcel. When packing customer orders we often recycle and re-use packaging materials from deliveries we receive from our suppliers that would otherwise be discarded after only one use. The packaging your order arrives in might not always be pretty, but it will be well padded and secure.

      Note about satchels - we encourage you to drop your used plastic satchels into the REDcycle soft plastic recycling bins at Coles and Woolworths supermarkets.

      Delivery time will depend on where you are in relation to East Maitland, NSW.

      How to view and choose shipping options on this website

      We have a Shipping Calculator available in Your Cart. For a shipping estimate, simply add items to your shopping cart. Look below the subtotal and click on ‘Calculate Shipping’. Enter your country, state and postcode. You don't need to log in or register to use the Shipping Calculator. Available shipping rates will appear when you click again on ‘Calculate Shipping’.

      In ‘Payment’ you can edit any details needed for shipping, including your delivery address, shipping method or contact details.


      MORE ABOUT DELIVERY METHODS

      Australia Post

      The three methods of delivery by Australia Post are as follows:

      1. Regular parcel delivery with a tracking number and Signature on Delivery

      The Australia Post standard parcel service covers all of Australia.

      2. Express parcel delivery with a tracking number and Signature on Delivery

      Guaranteed next business day delivery within the Express Post delivery network, which operates between all capital cities (except Darwin and in Perth CBD only) and some major centres. Note: East Maitland is outside the network, so add at least another another day to the Express delivery guarantee. Outside metropolitan areas guaranteed service is to and from townships only.

      Ten Zone Archery will not be held responsible for items lost by Australia Post, but we will do our best to help you find missing packages. When we pack your items we will provide you with the tracking number for your parcel. We have not experienced a single lost parcel while using the Signature on Delivery service.

      3. International Satchel (to New Zealand).

      Standard or express delivery with a tracking number. Note that for goods imported by parcels post, the total Customs value threshold is NZ $399. Please check with your local authority regarding any Customs tariff duty or GST payable on imported goods.

      Please note the shipping cost to New Zealand does not include GST.
